Donna Kummer is, has been, and will always be a musician. She tried to deny it for 10 years of her life by getting a law degree and practicing law, but that’s water under the bridge. Donna serves as the Director of Music for Plymouth Church UCC in Milwaukee, conductor of the Wauwatosa Community Band, and director of the Schoolhouse Players in Waukesha County. She has been involved in 180 productions over the past 25 years with numerous professional, community and school theatres in the Milwaukee area, including several productions with In Tandem Theatre.
Jessica Lyn plays piano and cajon, and she's always thrilled to be playing the baby grand at In Tandem Theatre. Although she has been classically trained in piano, she now likes to dabble in jazz styles and primarily plays by ear. Jessica is also co-founder and director at The Company of Strangers Theater and enjoys acting in other local theater companies as well. Her hobbies include biking, knitting, writing, and antique scouring. Although she may be allergic to almost everything there is to eat, she can be found regularly cheating if there is a good burger involved. Few things can stop the power of burger.
Patricia Monroe is a poster child for Arts Education. Started on the piano at age ten when a concerned nun suggested to her parents that she was headed for reform school due to her unruly behavior, she went on to a music degree at the University of Wisconsin and a thirty-year career teaching middle school music in the Milwaukee Public Schools. Since retiring she has climbed up Mt. Kilimanjaro and down the Grand Canyon. On your way into a great In Tandem show, stop at the piano and say hello.
